The older Thule AeroBlade crossbars measure 3-1/8" wide x 1-1/8" tall and the Inno Wedge 660 # INBRM660WH is compatible with crossbars that are up to 3-1/2" wide x 1-3/8" tall so you'll have no issues fitting the Wedge to the AeroBlade crossbars.

The Thule OutWay # TH56BV is not a confirmed fit on your 2017 BMW 220i. For your vehicle, the inside of your tailgate does require a different fit. I recommend the Yakima FullBack 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms # Y02634 or 3 Bike # Y02633. When you look at the attached instructions the upper hooks must be changed and installed in anchor mode on your vehicle.
